Both division one Rangiora Hockey teams were defeated this week. It was a close match for the women against Southern, going down 2-3. The men were comfortably defeated by Carlton Redcliffs 1-7. The Rangiora division three men had a good win over Southern though, and are second in the league. The North Canterbury men’s premier basketball team have picked up another win in their up and down season. Despite struggling for a bit of consistency they have been competitive against all teams.
